Ron St. Pierre
Founder & Principal · Fractional CMO
Ron St. Pierre spent eleven years at Miller Brewing, starting in the field and finishing in senior marketing and chain-account leadership: an $8.2 million budget, a chain book of 433 outlets, and partnerships with the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, the Hornets, and Voodoo Fest, two of them taken from competitors.
He founded Valence in 2009 and built it to seven figures by year three. Since then he has sat on the operating side of the table as often as the marketing side: operating partner of a restaurant he took from concept to $1.2 million in its first year, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Drago's, and fractional CMO inside client leadership teams, most recently NOLA Education and the Star Academy program. Every Valence engagement is still led by him, start to finish.
Before any of it, eight years in the United States Marine Corps.
