
Ron St. Pierre | Founder + CEO
Ron founded Valence after more than a decade in the consumer product goods industry. His experience includes analyzing consumer trends, developing marketing plans and managing business-client relationships for some of the world’s most recognizable brands through agency giants like Leo Burnett, Shupp, Starcom Mediavest, Upshot and GMR Marketing.
Ron has extensive experience in event marketing, brand positioning, new product launches, media strategy and cross-merchandising. He has negotiated, planned, and executed premier sponsorships such as the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival; Voodoo Music Experience; the New Orleans Hornets; Talladega Superspeedway; LSU Sports Properties; and The University of Alabama. Ron served eight years in the US Marine Corps Reserves and studied marketing at Loyola University.

Suzanne Becker | Operations Manager
Suzanne brings an extensive background in design especially pertaining to marketing collateral, brand and advertising design. Suzanne harnesses the creative talent at Valence and assures that we meet or exceed every deadline, partner with vendors that uphold our high standards of quality, and deliver top rate design solutions.
Suzanne’s strength lies in maintaining organization and accountability at Valence, one of the many reasons we are able to handle a wide variety of projects simultaneously. Suzanne graduated with a degree in Business and an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado. She also studied design at RMC of Art and Design.

Byron Chambers | Director of Client Services
Byron has 20+ years of advertising, marketing and media experience on both sides of the desk. He has spent the past eight years as VP of Client Services managing many local and national accounts. In addition to his experience as an account executive, he also played a key role in the development of two start-up agencies. This experience has given him a diverse set of skills ranging from creative director to project manager.
Byron is eager to share his talents and resources with others, and currently collaborates with various nonprofit organizations like Harry Tompson Center, Hotel Hope, and Jesuit Church of New Orleans. Byron currently serves as board Vice President of the Harahan Athletic Association.
